CUBISHOP'S CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel an order until it has been processed in our warehouse by mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org . This includes items purchased on sale. Any amount you paid will be credited back into your Bank Account.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
Yes. You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (shipped) it, by contacting our customer support team at email@example.com
I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
If you have selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to refund because you haven't paid for your order. For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, you will receive a refund in your Bank Account in 3-4 business days after your order has been cancelled.
CUBISHOP'S 30 DAY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Cubishop.com's Return and Exchange Policy offers you the option to return or exchange items purchased on Cubishop.com within 30 days of the receipt. In case of returns, we will credit the amount you paid for the products into your bank account. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock.
The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:
Any Deal price Item is eligible for return against manufactured defect only.
All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box as well and returned), and should not be broken or tampered with.
Returns are Only Allowed If you have received a damaged or defective product or it is not as described, you can get a replacement within 30 days of delivery at no extra cost..
Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an Exchange by our logistics team.
Only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.
In case you had purchased an item which had a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the item, please also return the free gift/offer item(s).
If you choose to self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
Once your return is received by us, you will be reimbursed a maximum up to Rs 100/- towards shipping costs, if self-shipped. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of this Policy.
Once you choose to exchange any claimed defective product and if it found working in our testing then a courier charge of Rs 100/- will be charge you as a penalty.
All heavy discounted items, which have a discount above (60%) , are not eligible for Replacement and Exchange.
